What are the problems in different stages of electric actuator

1. The initial use of electric actuator:

2. Medium term use of electric actuator:

Most of the faults are due to the failure of internal parts of electric actuator, such as the wear of contactor, current converter, voltage converter and microswitch of electric actuator.

 

3. Later use of electric actuator:

When the electric actuator is used in the back, due to inevitable aging factors, such as the electric actuator coil insulation performance is reduced, the operation performance is unstable. The internal parts lack of lubrication, and friction occurs during operation, which aggravates the wear degree of electric actuator. For these problems, the staff should carry out regular maintenance.
