The valve electric actuator is an important part of the active control system. It receives the control signal given by the controller or manual, amplifies its power, and converts it into the corresponding angle or linear displacement of the output shaft, continuously or intermittently pushes various control mechanisms, such as control valves and baffles, to complete the control of various parameters in the production process.
 
Driven by a three-phase asynchronous motor, it drives the hollow output shaft to output torque through worm gear deceleration, which is the valve electric actuator. Now the main function features of electric valve actuator are as follows.
 
1. Parameter remote control setting function is very convenient

The maintenance function of the actuator mainly includes instantaneous rotation maintenance, valve maintenance, deceleration, water pressure impact and surge maintenance, operation data maintenance and motor safety maintenance. The motor safety maintenance includes phase permit maintenance, phase loss maintenance, overheat maintenance and over-current maintenance.
 
5. Application of valve electric actuator in oil transportation station
Valve electric actuator plays an important role in the use of oil transportation station. It meets the requirements of oil transportation process, acts as the valve switch and scheduling, and reacts valve status information together. Valve electric actuator is widely used in oil stations in China, with various varieties and fierce market competition.
 
Valve electric actuator can be divided into two types according to different control methods: opening and closing door and regulating door. During this period, the opening and closing actuator is mainly selected as 24 VDC / 110 VA, and the primary task is to make the switch in place. There is no need to supervise and control at any time, and there is no need to set the dead zone adjustment. However, the switch is necessary to be in place, and it is mainly used in valve systems requiring full closing or full opening, such as ball valves, butterfly valves, etc.
 
The conditioning door actuator relies on 4-ma control signal, and the switch process needs to pay attention to control. It is also necessary to set the dead zone, otherwise it will cause equipment disorder. It is mainly used in the occasion of controlling flow, such as gate valve and regulating valve
