1. The control precision caused by the selection of electric actuator is low. When selecting the type of electric actuator, we should not take it for granted. When the electric actuator is used to control the fluid with large waviness, we should comprehensively consider the load of the entire electric actuator. Generally, the electric actuator with large output force is selected, and the regulating valve should be cleaned frequently, so as to keep the flexibility of the regulating valve shaft, so as to ensure the control accuracy of the electric actuator.
2. The control valve vibrates. This is one of the common faults of electric actuator. Find the source of the vibration. If the vibration is caused by external vibration, it is better to move the regulating valve away from the vibration place. If the vibration is caused by internal reasons, we should try our best to reduce the resistance of the regulating valve. If the regulating capacity of the regulating valve allows, we can add a bypass pipe. This can reduce the vibration caused by medium flow.
3. Brake failure of electric actuator. The main purpose of the brake of the electric actuator is to make the output shaft accurately stop at the corresponding position, and then the brake fails. We need to readjust the brake force cabinet according to the size of the load. The main thing is that no matter when we put oil on the brake shoe, it will reduce the friction of the brake shoe and the brake shoe needs It is necessary to have enough friction coefficient to work normally. Adjust the gap between the brake wheel and the brake disc.
4. The output of electric actuator lags behind. Lag link mainly exists in the connection part between the output shaft and the regulating mechanism. In order to avoid lagging, all connections should be installed without looseness and clearance. Without looseness and clearance, there will be no lag link.
5. The error of valve position feedback signal of electric actuator is large. In fact, this is the same as the * 2 points mentioned above. Vibration is the main cause of error. So in order to avoid errors, what we have to do is not to vibrate.
 
We should choose to install the electric actuator on a firm and large table, regularly check the corresponding relationship between the actual valve position and feedback signal, and control the relative error within 1% to ensure the control accuracy of the electric actuator.
