How to prevent electric actuator from corrosion

How does the electric actuator prevent corrosion? Is it hard to do? Let's have a look

(1) Remove the rusted roller, clean the shaft and piston pin, and then apply lubricating grease. If there is no grease filling equipment, the shaft should be added with a drilling hole, the piston pin should be cut into an oil groove, and the edible oil cup or manual grease gun should be filled with vegetable oil for lubrication.

(2) A part of the friction between the shaft and the rolling bearing should maintain the tolerance of the gap dimension in the design concept. If the damage exceeds the allowable range due to excessive damage, the piston pin should be replaced.

(3) The installation specification of roller after maintenance shall exceed the technical standard.

Erosion is the key reason for the harm of steel crafts, and the electric actuator, as a common component in water conservancy and hydropower projects, has a long-term contact with water. Therefore, people need to take some measures to prevent the electric actuator from corrosion. The key anti-corrosion methods of electric actuator are as follows.

1. Hot dip galvanizing or spraying zinc on the electric actuator. Because the physical properties of zinc are more active than steel, when corrosion occurs, zinc is first etched, which is more effective than maintaining electric actuators. In this way, zinc will be quickly etched to the end, and people will spray another layer of paint after spraying zinc.

2. People can also make changes from the essence of electric actuators. When making electric actuators, some organic chemical specificity and low elements can be added to the steel, which can reasonably exceed the actual anti-corrosion effect.

3. The price of hot galvanizing is relatively high. If can not accept, can choose gush antirust treatment, fluorocarbon coating, this kind of way actual effect is also very good.

4. After anti rust treatment, spray anti rust treatment of epoxy resin anticorrosive paint, I think from the perspective of good use, this kind of method should be complete.
